I'm about to start THE FILL-IN BOYFRIEND by Kasie West, and I'm hoping that'll be great. Glad you liked this one! It sounds a little overwhelming character-wise, but it sounds cute! I'm also looking forward to the best friend part, only because I love great supporting characters. <3

- Eli @ The Silver WordsAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03928847125287404681noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6048790966720969871.post-31019941643358180372016-05-29T17:44:52.585-04:002016-05-29T17:44:52.585-04:00HUH. Because I totally passed on this one because I thought it WAS that type - and I don't read that type. I don't like YA contemporary, so when I do happen to read a YA contemporary novel, it must be adorable and cute and fluffy, not bogged down with tough issue content. NOT that tough issues aren't important. But this book's tone definitely isn't what I expected. It sounds like something I might like, so I may have to re-add it to my TBR. :D Fantastic review, Jamie!

Have a fabulous week. =)

Alyssa @ The Eater of Books!Alyssahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00128004483437247740noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6048790966720969871.post-52129894997876657952016-05-27T08:41:57.472-04:002016-05-27T08:41:57.472-04:00Aww, this sounds adorable! THAT IS GREAT. :D I'd only vaguely heard of this one until now? So I should go look it up more. (Although that's sad about the minimal best friend interaction. I find that happens in books a lot and boooo. More page-time for epic best friends!!)

Thanks for stopping by @ Paper Fury! CG @ Paper Furyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14954615708675952085noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6048790966720969871.post-90000798455954460722016-05-25T12:34:48.061-04:002016-05-25T12:34:48.061-04:00o0o I really want to read this one and I've be...o0o I really want to read this one and I've been putting off. I like this trope too, though I don't know why. Maybe because most of the movies from my childhood included it haha.

Thanks for sharing,
~Brittany @ Brittany's Book Rambles.brittanysbookrambleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09706853763674818696noreply@blogger.com
